What do we offer?
We provide customizable rentals for 10x10 White Peak Tents, 6ft White Tables, and White Chairs, with more inventory coming soon.
How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed online using the reservation form at the bottom of our website with at least one week's notice. A rush fee applies to orders placed with less than 72 hours’ notice. Orders can be scheduled 30–45 days in advance.
When do I need to submit payment?
Orders are not confirmed until all associated fees are paid and the rental agreement is signed.
When can I expect my delivery or pick-up?
You will receive a delivery or pick-up window with a 1–2 hour margin to account for traffic and other scheduled orders.
Example: If your event starts at 3 PM, we recommend scheduling delivery 1–2 hours prior to your setup time. Once delivered, you are responsible for all rental items.
What is the refund policy?
We have a strict no-refund policy. However, store credit may be applied toward a future event in cases of weather-related cancellations or event host cancellations.
Do you offer event setup?
Currently, we provide drop-off and pick-up only. Clients are responsible for setting up their own event rentals.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on rental quantity and delivery distance.
What is the delivery area?
We serve the Greater Baton Rouge area, including Baton Rouge, Baker, Zachary, Central, St. George, Gonzales, and Prairieville.

Liability Clause
All rental items are the responsibility of the client once delivered. Clients will be financially liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Fees for damages will be assessed and added to the final bill.
