Parish Event Rentals Client Agreement

By signing below, you agree to the following terms and conditions for the rental of equipment from Parish Event Rentals:

  1. Reservation & Payment

    • All orders must be placed online with at least one week’s notice. A rush fee will apply to orders with less than 72 hours’ notice. Orders can be made 30–45 days in advance.

    • No order is confirmed until all fees are paid and this rental agreement is signed.

  2. Delivery & Pick-Up

    • Deliveries and pick-ups are scheduled within a 1–2 hour window to accommodate for traffic and other orders.

    • You are responsible for setting up and taking down all rented items.

  3. Pricing & Fees

    • Rental pricing is based on the quantity needed and delivery distance. A standard $25 delivery fee applies, with additional charges for locations outside the Greater Baton Rouge area.

  4. Refunds & Cancellations

    • We have a strict no-refund policy. In cases of weather-related cancellations or event host cancellations, a store credit may be applied for a future event.

  5. Liability

    • You are responsible for all rental items from the moment of delivery. Lost, damaged, or stolen items will incur additional fees to cover replacement or repair costs. You will be held financially liable for any such damages.
